               AIRFRYER CAKE

Making a cake in an air fryer is a slightly different process compared to baking in a conventional oven. Follow these steps to make a cake in an air fryer:

                       Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¾ cup buttermilk

                                                        Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for a few minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, to the butter-sugar mixture, beating well after each addition. Then add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the buttermilk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Grease a round cake pan or a suitable baking dish that fits inside your air fryer. Pour the cake batter into the greased pan, spreading it evenly.

Place the pan into the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring there is enough space for the hot air to circulate.

Cook the cake in the air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

After the cooking time is up, carefully remove the cake from the air fryer and allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes.

Once cooled slightly, transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely before frosting or serving.

Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the model and size of your air fryer. It's always a good idea to keep an eye on the cake as it cooks and adjust the cooking time if needed.

Remember that air fryers are typically smaller than regular ovens, so you may need to adjust the recipe and baking time accordingly for different-sized pans or multiple layers
